Email Chain About Flight Coordination and Vice President Biden's Schedule (File 031129)
Email correspondence from September 28, 2012, discussing flight departure time coordination in response to Vice President Biden's presence and departure schedule from West Palm Beach.
Summary
Lesley Groff initiates an email chain indicating that a flight has been moved up to 3pm wheels up, requesting confirmation from Larry. Larry responds with airport closure information due to Vice President Biden's scheduled departure between 5pm-6pm from Palm Beach, noting that a 2+21 minute flight would require wheels up at either 4pm or 2pm. The exchange involves multiple staff members coordinating aviation logistics at a private airport facility.
